Completely. When you book the villa, you have exclusive use of the entire property. There are no shared spaces, no other guests — it is entirely yours for the duration of your stay.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. For peak season (July–August, December–January) we recommend booking well in advance.
Our private chefs are available on request under any board plan — B&B, half board, or full board. Groceries and provisions are charged at cost. They specialise in fresh Zanzibari seafood and can accommodate any dietary requirements.
Yes. We arrange private transfers from Zanzibar International Airport (ZNZ) directly to the villa. Simply share your flight details when booking and we'll have a driver waiting for you on arrival.

Our standard policy is a full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable unless the dates are re-let. We always recommend travel insurance. Booking direct gives you the most flexibility — contact us to discuss your specific dates.
Zanzibar enjoys warm weather year-round. The best seasons are June–October (dry, slightly cooler, perfect for diving) and December–February (hot, sunny, ideal for the beach). The short rains fall in November and the long rains in March–May. We are open year-round.
